Skyline Ridge Property Owners' Association
When you purchased your property at Skyline Ridge, you automatically became a member of the Skyline Ridge Property Owners' Association. The Association is the governing body of the Skyline Ridge community, and all Skyline Ridge property owners belong to it.

The Association's charter is to maintain the roads at Skyline Ridge and to enforce the covenants and restrictions that are set forth in the Declaration of Covenants, Easements and Restrictions.

Membership in the Association is both a privilege and a responsibility. It is a privilege in that — as a voting member of the Association — you have the opportunity to influence and shape the development of the Skyline Ridge community. And it is a responsibility in that you are obligated to abide by the terms and conditions that are laid out in the Declaration of Covenants, Easements and Restrictions.


Board of Directors

The Declaration of Covenants, Easements and Restrictions stipulates that a Board of three Directors is to be elected for the purpose of managing the Skyline Ridge community. Our Board of Directors consists of Frank Rizza, Sal Barbero and Jack Dos Santos. Click the button below to learn more about our Directors.

Be aware that our Directors are all volunteers — there is no salary or other compensation paid to them. Even though Skyline Ridge is relatively small and its needs fairly simple and basic (when compared with some other communities that are governed by property owners' associations), our Directors do quite a lot of work to keep things running smoothly at Skyline Ridge.


Free Teleconference Service

We have a free teleconference service that is available to any Skyline Ridge property owners. You can use this service for any discussion that pertains to Skyline Ridge. For example, you can use it for a long-distance meeting with your builder, architect, and excavator; you can use it to plan social events at Skyline Ridge, etc. Click the button below to find out how to use this service.

If you sell your lot. . .

If you sell your lot, you must provide the Skyline Ridge Board of Directors with the name and contact information of the new owner. You can either e-mail the information to BoardOfDirectors@SkylineRidgeBecket.org, or you can send the information via U.S. Mail to the mailing address above.
