Board of Directors

Our Board of Directors consists of Sal Barbaro (Lot 15 & 30), Frank Rizza (Lot 23), and Jack Santos (Lot 6).

Here is an introduction to our Board of Directors.

Sal Barbaro -

Frank Rizza

Frank has been happily married to Margie for over 35 years. He has always wanted a "country house" like the one his parents had when he was growing up.

He currently works as an Assistant Professor at The College of New Rochelle, and he is an Adjunct Associate Professor at Long Island University and SUNY at Stony Brook. He has had a long and varied employment history, having worked his way up the ranks at Pan American World Airways and The Long Island Rail Road until he retired in 2002. Frank has also run various businesses, including a chain of gift shops and a home-improvement contracting business. He still holds his contractor's license.

In addition, he is a trustee of multiple not-for-profit associations, such as the Metropolitan Association of Railroad Officials (past president and current vice president) and the New York Mental Health Counselors Association (President elect and treasurer).

He is interested in serving on the Board of Directors to ensure that our neighborhood remains a quality one where we can all enjoy for whatever the personal reason you want to spend time in the country.

Frank likes to hunt, shoot, fish and together with Marge, he likes to hike, walk, dine out, socialize, attend cultural events and white water raft.

Jack  Dos Santos

Jack and Jennifer are happily married and have been together for over 15 years. They are currently in the process of finishing their home and realizing their dream of retiring to the Berkshires. They are expecting completion toward the end of 2007.

Over the course of his career Jack has been involved in diverse array of opportunities which have helped him to gain a grand breadth of knowledge, from consulting management resource software in Healthcare and Manufacturing, successfully managing a construction company when a family member became ill, to his current role as an accomplished Mortgage Consultant and Real Estate investor having been involved in the financial world over the course of the last 5 years.

Jack considers himself to be light-hearted, down to earth, and very approachable. He loves to talk and share laughs with anyone who will lend him their ear. he wants our neighborhood to be a place where we can enjoy the grandeur that surrounds us while ensuring Skyline Ridge remains aesthetically pleasing. Finally, Jack is fiscally conservative and will do everything in his power to limit association cost increases without sacrificing quality.

He is honored to serve as one of your board members and will represent the associacion members with dignity, respect, and forward-thinking attitude.
